Great company! They went above and beyond my expectations. They were safe and proficient, and they did a great cleanup job. They have cut trees for me at several locations, and I am thoroughly satisfied.

Two weeks ago I called three local tree companies to give me quotes on a stump removal and also a possible tree removal(messages left on their voicemails). I made it very clear on the messages that I was definitely going to get the stump removed and possibly the tree depending on the quote. T&A came out to give me their quote. I was quoted a price for the stump removal and also a combo price for the stump and the tree both. After receiving the other quotes, I chose T&A because they were the first to come out and give me a quote. I thought I would honor their effort at being quick to respond. I called last Monday morning to schedule the stump removal. They said they would come sometime that week. 10 days later they haven't come. I called only to have them say they could not honor their own quote for the stump removal since I wasn't doing the tree. I will never use companies that don't honor their own word. Hopefully, this will get their attention and improve their service for others.
