Fireside Inn & Suites

My husband and I stayed there last night and it was a very uncomfortable experience for us. It was our only weekend for a very long time that we got to have a night to ourselves away from our children. The bed was very uncomfortable. The hot tub has been broken for quite some time. The people above us were loud. And we woke up this morning to I think it was a manager yelling at one of the house keepers about one of the rooms. And then after he left she started talking to the other house keeper that shes always at fault for everything. It was all just a terrible experience for us and we will not be coming back. . . . ! ! ! !

Everybody that worked there was excellent but this place needs a serious renovation . Bring your humidifier the rooms are super dry and freaking hot.

I've never in my life seen a boss scream and cus at his employees until I walked in that hotel. The sad part was, he was screaming at the front desk lady for something that had nothing to do with her. It's bad enough that the hotel was dirty and understaffed, but to have a general manager that acts like a 5 year old throwing a temperature is just straight up pathetic.

Checked in on a Wednesday evening and booked to stay until Sunday. I had booked directly through their website to avoid any third party booking issues. Got a confirmation email and receipt that my days were booked. Checked in and was not informed that our last nights stay wasnt never booked on their system. No one told us even though we showed the receipt at check in. We were woken up several times in one day with pounding from house keeping even though each time we told them we didnt need service. The third time she banged yelling that we were late for check out and we were very confused as to what was happening. We left the hotel that afternoon and when we returned, their system had checked us out. When we went to the front desk the women had an instant attitude when we told her that we need back into our room. She told us that they over booked and we had to leave which we were not going to as all of our stuff was still in our room untouched. Had to pay for the final night after the fact. Very disappointed in their customer service especially when this was an issue on their end. If i could give zero stars I would.
