Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went because I had some tooth pain and did not have a dentist as of yet and they accepted walk ins and the front desk lady let me know they do provide same day service.
1st appointment nothing was done but X-rays and of course was so generous to finance me for my whole treatment plan that day and charged in full for all future appointments, approx $1500. I do have insurance but they stated they would not cover a majority of the procedures. So I am thinking my insurance is definitely not worth it if it dont pay for anything at all but just need my pain gone! I of course was just in pain and wanted to get this fixed asap so agreed to the plan and signed the docs. Get home and review with my husband realizing that the financing is 29.99%. Went in for my 2 appointments after this 1st one was not bad but 2nd was the absolute worst experience of my life and that is when I decided my gut feeling was right and never going back. Called in and cancelled all future appointments and got into a new local dentist. Then I was waiting for my account to be credited for the appointments that were cancelled so I could go online and pay that account in full opposed to paying the crazy interest rate. Finally it was updated and I paid it in full. Then I just so happened to check my EOB and my insurance actually covered everything but $135. Now going on 2 months I have contacted the local office in Fargo and the insurance department out of somewhere multiple times to not one time get a straight answer besides to give it some time. At one point I even talked to the local office and they recommended I send them the EOB to move it along. I did this and requested confirmation that it was received and to let me know what to expect, no response. Beyond frustrating!

New to this dentistry. Friendly people. They made going to the dentist a not terrible experience. Make sure you verbally check in or they'll cancel your appointment and you'll probably have to wait another month for another one.

I went here for a top denture and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I seriously have PTSD now when it comes to Dentists. They not only messed up up my temporary so I couldn't use them anymore they couldn't even get my permanent ones correct and tried to blame it on me that I had substantial bone loss in the 4 weeks since my impression. Not only did I not care for the doctor, but the assistant repeatedly made me feel dumb because it wasn't fitting, and it had nothing to do with me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY going here.

I had my first appointment with Aspen this morning and was amazed at the efficiency, and friendliness of ALL the staff I met, the clarity around my care plan, and the ease of scheduling my next appointment.
