The gentleman(Adam Johnson) that showed up to do the initial inspection was very experienced and professional. Rather than try to sell their services Adam informed me that that my foundation wasn't as bad as I thought and gave me some very good information on how to take care of my foundation so that it doesn't become an issue. Innovative basement authority care more about taking care of their customers than they do about mooching unnecessary money from you. They treat you like a friend rather than a client.
