Negatives- Too many broken things. The majority of machines are either broken and in need of serious maintenance. The car wash ooks run down and dirty with overflowing garbage cans and car wash bays that dont function. There is no air conditioning and the building is very uncomfortable to be in.
Over all the drop off is a 5 and everything else is a 1 so that averages out to a 3.
