Bought a 2022 Ryker in sept 2022. Took until the end of December to get my title, which was resolved, but I had to call to get it solved and never got updates while waiting. Was supposed to get a new storage lid, as it was broken when I bought it. Still dont have it and I had tried calling and texting salesman multiple times , with no responses or calls back. Have also tried to call a sales manager multiple times and no one ever picks up the phone. It seems once they have your money. They could care less.

Moritz Sports is very accommodating and thorough. I have been taking my pontoon and my personal watercraft to them for servicing, repairs, winterization, and shrink wrapping for over a dozen years. Their prices are competitive and their service people are knowledgeable.
