        I had patronized this store for decades. I work for a local media broadcaster and when I approached the owner about advertising with us she told me she does all her advertising on line and didn't see the value of working locally. I DO so I won't be back in this store unless it's for a going out of business sale.

        I was torn between a 3 (for supply) & 4 (for customer service) - customer service for the win!The staff here are ALWAYS friendly & eager to help. Even when they don't have what you need, they make helpful recommendations.I'm typically in for some kind of hardware. Usually strange parts that I need to replace or improvise something to replace them with. While the store is small, the service is over the top! Give them a shot, they may surprise you.
