Auburn Ridge has been a great place to live in Watford City. Close to walking paths, reasonable rent, and parking spaces accessible nearby since the complex allows only 1 parking space per unit. Vikkie is very easy to work with and very friendly! The 2/2 is spacious and layout is great; the bathrooms have medicine cabinets and helpful cabinets for towels. The only layout issue I have is that the light from the kitchen microwave comes into the master bedroom at night if you leave your bedroom door open. If you close it at night, no problem.

I just became a resident at Auburn Ridge and am beyond happy with the decision I made choosing them. My 1 bedroom has a ton of storage, and space including a full size washer and dryer in my apartment. Kaylene and Vikkie in the office were amazing to work with, and very quick to answer any questions I had. Would recommend them to anyone looking for nice apartment in a great location!

Auburn Ridge is by far the best place to rent in Watford City!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. The units are clean and well built. The grounds are always clean and debris free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Vikkie and Kaylene head up the impressive team.
