Wanted to take a moment and share my experience with everyone on Redrock in Watford City. This purchase is my second truck that I have purchased from this dealer. I was in search of a Ram 1500 with a few more option and off road capability than my previous Ram 1500. Savanna Ralston got my info and gave me a call about a week later with a trade that matched . She has done a fabulous job. During delivery we found a dent that we all missed some how and I want to thank Todd and Savanna in the efforts they put to get my truck in the body shop and had all repairs done paid by Redrock not me. 5 star Great Customer Service. Thank you again Red Rock love my truck and will be more purchases from Savanna Ralston in the future you Rock!

Highly recommend the sales and finance staff at the Watford City location. Want a salesperson who is attentive without being pushy? A salesperson who wants to sell you a vehicle but doesn’t pressure you? How about a finance rep who informs you about the upsells (gap, paint chip protection, glass protection, etc) but doesn’t make it seem like the end of the world when you don’t choose one or all? This is a good place to find all of that. I scheduled my test drives and when I showed up, my salesperson was informed on the vehicles I was interested in… the features, the carfax details, previous ownership. It was overall a very positive experience. Special shoutout to Kirk and Savannah. Thank you very much.

I bought a vehicle and was told the air conditioner didn't work, I repeatedly asked if I purchased the vehicle" as is" leaving the lot would I still be able to get the air conditioner fixed and the salesman Kirk said yes bring the car to the dealership. Of course I called right away and low and behold he lied and lied again stating that he didn't say that. Crooked salesman

We bought a pickup from Red Rock, in Watford City. Savanah Rolston was our sales lady. I told Savanah what we were looking for, and where we needed to be, as far as payments. She was highly professional, straight forward, and got us what we wanted! Since then , we bought a second vehicle from her, she was on it again! She spent lots of time, test driving, and working the deal for us! We got everything we wanted, again. She doesn’t just push a sale. Savanah works for you and pushes for you to be happy with your purchase! It isn’t just Savanah, it’s the whole team! Cody is the sales manager, and Kirk is the finance guy.
