Visited Urgent Care for my ten year old daughter, registration was quick and easy, they collected my co-pay up front so I will not get a bill later. The nurse was attentive and made my daughter feel comfortable. Jodell, the provider was very thorough and followed up with me later that day to confirm test results. She even did a little research about a non-related question I had regarding my daughter during our visit. I will continue to visit MCHS and appreciate the friendly employees who help us.

Expect long waiting time in the ER. Two people left waiting for their diagnosis while we are going on our 4th hour waiting for diagnosis.

I slipped and fell when working and dislocated my shoulder at 2am and want to the emergency room, and the staff was very nice. The Doctor and nurses were great, he popped my shoulder back in place and I was out of there by 5:30am.
