The night I checked in there was a white lady little chubby with blonde hair. she was extremely rude,,,, I was willing to overlook that I know everyone has bad days at work
The next morning I requested some things through GXP ,,,!!!in the GXP message I asked for the items to be left outside my door
And of course that did not happen 15 minutes later, an angry black lady with black braids comes banging on my door waking my kids up handing me the items and then saying you don't need service right.
And then the chubby white lady with the blonde hair that checks me in put a note on my reservation saying I could not have a late check out. Even though when I checked in she told me they weren't that busy. !!!! Even with me being a gold elite member. !!!! overall extremely rude staff and I would not recommend and will not stay again
