The Macaron's are some if the best that I've ever had, and they always have a different variety when I come in, they make these delicious cookie sandwiches too and butterfinger rice crispy treats, and it isn't too expensive either, me and my wife usually spend 50 dollars but we always walk out with a lot and we are never ever disappointed, the customer service is also amazing and if you haven't tried this place you are missing out completely.

Wow was this place fantastic.  I tried their take on a little debbie oatmeal cream pie, and it blew it me away.  Soooooooooo good, and delicious.  I'm never going to cheat with Little Debbie again!  So worth just waiting for this one.  I also tried the triple chocolate brownie, and the chocolate chip cookie cream pie.  Those we good, but I do prefer that oatmeal goodness I mentioned above.  The brownie was sweet, and it was a triple layer...  brownie, caramel, more brownie.  How can you not love that.  The chocolate chip cookie was good.  More of a softer cookie and sweet.  I'm glad I do not live closer, I would be here 3 times a week.  :-)  Definitely will be back.

I have been wanting to go in to the store for awhile now, I was so excited to go, but was very disappointed in the service. They had a big selection, but not a lot of what their website said they'd have. I wasn't greeted and  they were not friendly. I am very disappointed, especially bc it seemed so nice on faceblook. I brought my 2 year old to get her special treat, and it seemed like they were annoyed with her deciding which cupcake.  I was hoping for at least a smile from the worker, none. and checking out was a rush too. I spent a good amount, they could have at least thanked me. there was only one other customer behind me, so I don't see the need for a rush or to be short with me. Following my visit, I went to another bakery right by, they were so much more excited, kind, and more affordable. I learned from my experience and will not be returning .

Always says they're open online then I drive 45 minutes to get there and they're closed. I found out a lot of people have this problem. Not very intelligent business people.

Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes is trendy, colorful, and full of good vibes. I respect this female entrepreneur so much. She has grown her business exponentially around Cleveland with several locations and a super loyal customer base. You'll always see her beautiful creations posted around the internet!My friend, her daughter and I ordered a box of macarons to-go. A 1/2 dozen of Kelsey Elizabeth macarons runs about $15 while the full dozen is $30. This is a little pricier for area bakeries, so keep expectations realistic. The interior of the store is super delightful and my niece had a great time selecting her macarons.If you follow Kelsey Elizabeth on other social platforms, you'll notice that her bakeries are always rolling out new speciality items, beautifully artistic pastries, and niche items for Cleveland events. It's worth researching to see what they have in-stock before you visit! Kelsey Elizabeth is definitely a business everyone should check out at least once. Impeccably clean shop, friendly service, and you can tell all the gals in-shop love working there!
