        Always a good deal though hertz I go either through here or at the canton akron airport. Both places take care of my rental needs well. Always accommodating without an issue.

        Phones don't work, you can't call them. Young guy (no name tag) has such an attitude, you just want to smack him! When I went in to renew, same guy said, did you rent here? I GOT IT FROM YOU!!! Don't bother unless you want high blood pressure and possible stroke.

        We received a car that was dirty inside and outside. We also had car troubles that could have been a safety issue for us on the long drive. Since we were on a tight schedule there was no time to return once we noticed it.
