Mills Run

I moved here just 2 months ago and Im already so ready to move out somewhere better place. Living here is like living in HELL!! The walls are thin and you can hear people talking next door, playing music midnight! I request maintenance for over 20 times now but no one shows up and nothing get FIXED!! Please do not move in here if youre planning to. WORST APARTMENT Ive ever lived in!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!!!

Air conditioning doesnt work in any of the bldg!hallways dirty trash in the parking lots. Loud music etc

Do not move here I have been a resident since June 2022 and nothing has ever worked in this apartment. When I moved in nothing was clean or working at all, multiple maintenance request have been put in but nothing gets fixed, the tickets just disappear and worked on. My AC has only worked for about 2 weeks collectively since I moved in and my apartment is above 80 degrees any time weather is warm. There is mold in the bathroom since the apartment above has been leaking into ours and it still has not been repaired for months now. Please learn from me and never move here. Also even when you call management never answers the calls or get return calls..... if I could give no stars I would this is unbelievable what I have been put through here.

Be prepared to wait months for work orders to be addressed if you move here ( put work order in about my outlets being loose in Feb, its July and is still outstanding)! Coming from Kensington (much bigger complex) where I was used to work orders being addressed with 24-48hrs has been a drastic change. I will say that this complex is very quiet and the residents are extremely friendly, but I cant say the same for office staff except Derricka. Leslie by far is the worst! She has a horrible attitude and loves to cut you off mid-sentence.Even when I called to complain on the amount of time the work orders were taking, she told me well we only have 1 maintenance man, as if thats my fault! I can not wait for my lease to be up so I can hit the pavement running from this place! I would recommend you look Kensington which is across the street and save Mills Run as your last resort. ***Update: Well the office staff has changed and I cant say nothing but good things about Morgan and Ashley!!! Truly a breath of fresh air! They are responsive and absolute sweethearts! I am literally bragging on how great this complex is! Thank you both!
