I had a wonderful experience buying a car with Honda East. After going to one their biggest competitors twice ready to buy a car and then leaving because of hidden fees and a sketchy experience, I cant tell you how easy it was to go through the car buying process with Honda East. Ren was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, I really appreciate how straightforward, honest, and genuine they were along with every single person I spoke to. I cant recommend Honda East enough! I am so happy with my new car, the price and the entire experience! Although everyone there was so friendly and helpful, definitely ask for Ren when you get there!

On 5/16 my wife and I purchased a new to us Honda Accord. After getting the car washed and signing the paperwork it was time to go over the features of the car with the super friendly and knowledgeable sales rep. It was past closing and getting late but the sales rep took her time and was very thorough. Overall it was a great experience!

Honda East has always given me great service. I appreciate the drive home while the car is being worked on for several hours. And I always trust them to do what's necessary and give me advice on what may need to be done the next time.

*This is exclusively about the service department. I have no knowledge good or bad concerning the sales department. In my mind, a business relies on repeat business. You are treated well, you come back and keep spending your money. This service department does not follow that logic. I bought a 2013 CRV and brought it to the Honda East service department to get an overall check up to make sure that there was nothing wrong with my CRV. They ended up replacing all of the fluids and gave it a clean bill of health. I immediately noticed that the AWD light would randomly come on and it started driving rough. I took it back to Honda East and only then did they discover that there were $900 dollars worth of repairs. I would not have blinked had they told me the issues the first time I took it in, but find this practice quite suspicious. Good news, they fixed the AWD light issue. They did not fix the shaking and shuddering. I have since read the reviews on Honda Easts service department and regret not checking this business out before I wasted $1600. Lesson learned!
