I am thankful I have a place to come and hear God's Word and Truth. It's powerful to be in a room of like minded Christians. Go make disiples and share the good news. Not fake news .

I haven't been back in that lot in a while, and me and the wife were curious if it was just vacant or what and when I drive back there we get ran of by some long hrey bearded guy with a bad attitude saying they don't like people coming back there and was very confrontational about it. What are they really doing back there? is what there doing illegal and they're just using it as a front or what?

I find it funny that someone who owns/runs a church should probably be the epitome of character and would practice impeccable understanding and would not pass judgement based on someone's appearance. Yet the owner of this "church" did just that on an extreme enough level that would shock you and I truly hope any/all patrons read this and begin to worship elsewhere. I am not from the west side but had begun working at a new job very near to glenway crossing. One day after work, I went to a store on the backside of glenway crossing and when I left there I thought there would be a way out going back towards this "church" instead of going the way I came in and waiting at the light. I drove into the parking lot, simply observed that it did not at all connect to the neighborhood streets behind the building and went to leave since there wasn't a way out. However the owner was blocking the exit with his vehicle. He unlawfully detained me and wouldn't allow me to leave without showing him ID when he had no authority or right to do so. When he asked what I was doing, I tried to explain that I was lost and simply turning around, he repeatedly cut me off because it wasn't the answer he wanted to hear. He already had me pegged as a thief. Once I could tell there was no reasoning with him I attempted to drive around his vehicle and him in order to leave the property which I fully had the right to do. He jumped in front of my vehicle and aimed his pistol at me without anything remotely provoking him as a threat to his safety. He was so sure of his assumptions that he called the police himself, which I proceeded to do as well. Ultimately he was arrested that day by CPD for his actions. Doesn't sound like the actions of someone anywhere near holy does it? I assure you that his behaviour that day was egregious and completely unwarranted my belief being that he simply wanted a reason to point a gun at someone, it didn't matter who. He wanted to feel the power of threatening someone with deadly force while basking in the torment and distress of another human. I truly hope that this establishment either changes ownership or folds because no one should be congregating under the tutelage of someone so far from being godly but rather someone I would classify as the devil himself.
