This company Towed my wifes car. Then when we got the release from the bank at 9am in the morning, they refused to let us schedule a pickup for that day, and forced us to schedule the following day, and you cant even talk to someone there. Then when we go to pick it up they tell us we owe 200$ for "2 days of storage" because they clam they took it before midnight and even though its only been a day in a half, and the fact they wouldnt let us pick it up yesterday they are trying to claim we owe 200$, only accepts cash (already sketchy), and refused to even talk about it and threatened to cancel our "Appointment" and we'd have to owe 500$ on monday cause they dont do weekends. I will be filing with a lawyer this scam/sketchy company

The way this company has its scheduling process arranged is idiotic to say the very least. People have 30 days to get their possessions which is reasonable but it's physically impossible to contact any representative 9f this company. Literally attempted to schedule an appointment to retrieve my property multiple times now but the website keeps errors get out probably because it was designed by someone who revels in incompetence. Why would you not have someone answering calls when people are on a time crunch to get their things. Good luck getting your stuff If you work a day shift job.

I had an appt set for today. Got a call and was ready to go for my appt until I was told I would owe them 25$ to get my property out of my car. Informed the guy on the phone I will not be paying them the "admin fee" and legally they had to let me get my property. He said he would just cancel my appt then. I told him not to and I would pay it and to send me the information and I would be there. The guy then cancelled my appt anyways and now I cannot make another one! I have called my lawyer and will be showing up there TODAY to get my property!!
