      image The absolute worst experience, their employees have no clue. Paid for ambulance transport in November as their paperwork looks like a bill. Found out it should have been sent to Medicare for payment. Insurance paid for the service and now Martens and Son will not reimburse me. Countless calls, their employees give you the run around. They keep saying 90 days once insurance pays. It's been 5 months. Check out the other review by a former employee. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Totally incompetent staff. Sarah, how do you sleep at night?
