She was amazing! My daughter had a virtual baking class with her recently. She helps you when you need it and she walked her through the entire process from beginning to end.

I took Annies virtual chocolate pecan bourbon tart class and LOVED IT! Before we got started, Annie talked me through the recipe, asked me about my baking knowledge, and created a comfortable environment for learning and baking. Annie was supportive when I was nervous to make caramel and talked me through some of the baking science. It was a great experience and I look forward to doing it again soon. Highly recommend for a fun night in!

I have always loved to bake but was afraid to try anything beyond simple cookies or cakes. Working with yeast was especially daunting to me. I have taken several classes with Ann including bagels, soft pretzels, cream puffs and even croissants! I am no longer afraid of yeast and it is thanks to her! She is patient, calm and makes everything fun. Ann is a wonderful teacher and has really opened up the joy of baking to me. My family and friends love to hear I am taking a class; they know they are in for something delicious when I'm done. I highly recommend taking classes with Ann!
