We used them for our wedding flowers. The bouquets and boutonnieres looked Amazingly beautiful. They were great quality and a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Looked on the website, found something I really liked. It gave me a price for flowers, delivery and tax. But, when I called in to order, the lady tried to tell me the delivery price on the website wasnt right. Said FTD had it wrong. But, I wasnt on FTD, I was on their very own page. I didnt order, because, I couldnt be sure they wouldnt up the price on something else! If the price isnt correct on your own website, fix it or give the customer what you advertise.

I called just this morning to order a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday today. I am not from the Cleveland area, but I picked Berghaus due to its proximity to the delivery location and because of another positive review elsewhere online. I asked for spring/Easter/pastel colors, and, if possible, some peach roses to be included, as these are her favorites. I also asked for the bouquet to be delivered to a restaurant we were planning to attend later in the day. I asked for a specific time, and the man I talked to (I apologize for not knowing your name, good sir) said he would do his best, but understandably couldn't guarantee that specific time. My wife LOVED her bouquet, and said it was the best bouquet she's ever received. The flowers were delivered to the location requested, and within the time frame I was told would be likely. Thank you, Berghaus Flowers, for taking to heart my requests and delivering a wonderful, quality product.
