No where on their website does it display a specified time to input an order for delivery and I did it 7:30 pm the night before. Got a message at 9:30a the day of delivery saying couldn't delver it and that the driver had already left and won't be able to come back until the afternoon, which I needed my order to be delivered before noon. The person on the phone offered no solution and that was the only option was to wait until the afternoon for delivery. Well, now I'm still waiting for my refund to be issued onto my credit card (over 3 hours later).
So no solution offered to my issue and waiting time for refund.
Thanks Noga Floral Shop for ruining a special moment!
