Dr. Peechakara does not seem to care for her patients and their needs. Her and her staff do not respond to MyChart messages and phone calls in a timely matter. I have either sent a message or called her office everyday for 7 straight days trying to get her to send a prior authorization request form to my insurance company. When she finally got around to sending it, it was INCOMPLETE! This means I still couldnt get the medicine that I needed. I again called her office to have them fix their error. Again, NO RESPONSE! I have been out of this medication for over a week now and Dr. Peechakara and her office dont seem to care!! This form should be very simple to fill out and submit to the insurance company, but it has taken over a week! I have wasted so my of my time calling my insurance company, pharmacy and Dr. Peechakaras office. This has been COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

An absolutely amazing Dr!!!! She takes her time, listens and is thorough!!!! Excellent knowledge and is simply outstanding !!! I highly recommend her!!.
