Well I have to say bath & body works has definitely disappointed me and every way possible! I received an ad which I will display at the end of this message about a thing they're doing where you answer some questions share the page with 20 of your friends and you will receive $100 worth of coupons. I did exactly what they told me to do and then I tried contacting them because the due date was coming up in 2 days however nobody called me back or sent me an email or a text or nothing. So finally I got through to somebody when I called headquarters and they told me that they had no clue what I was talking about they have no record of any kind of ad/sale going on. So thankfully for me I usually screenshot everything whether I need it or not you never freaking know well this time I actually needed it so what do I do I post it and I sent it and then all the sudden they remember what I'm talking about however because I was two days late that my admittance didn't apply however not only did I explain to them about how they never returned any of my messages and all I could stuff that's when they said that they will give me 20% off of my next purchase bed bath & body works or whatever the f*** that name is called excuse my language. No matter what I did to try and explain my situation they would always put me on hold and put me through to another associate and I swear to you I talk to eight different associates within a half an hour and I finally was pissed off and off or I pulled the Karen and said I want to talk to your manager LOL this is so not like me to do something like this I am very quiet person I have social anxiety as it is so the last thing you would ever catch me doing is bitching out somebody who's lying to me at and from a business. However I'm getting sick of being taken advantage of and that's exactly what they were doing so they said they would give me a 20% off discount for my next purchase at their local store now the only problem with that is, is that first of all I'm not accepting 20% off that's just not happening second of all I am disabled I can't be driving around in my car going to their stores just to get a lousy 20 freaking percent off I mean what a slap in the face. I mean what a flipping slap in the face it was for them to tell me even after I told him I was disabled they told me again that they'll give me 20% off if I were to go to their store. Now that's not going to happen whatsoever and even though that this whole thing wasn't a scam like all my friends said it was I literally lost some of my friends on Facebook because I sent them this like it asked me to so now my niece isn't talking to me on Facebook because last time she accepted something like this she had a virus and then three more of my friends basically told me if I'm going to be sending scam not to even bother talking to them now my friends are my life and to know I lost a few over this stupid stupid store is mind-boggling and they f****** owe me I don't care what they say they owe me they lied to me therefore they need to pay the hell up. I'm a good girl I'm very nice and very well mannered I respect my elders I open doors for people I do everything right in this world but when you lie to me it would probably be smart for you to move to another state. Liars cheaters and thieves are my worst enemies and if I could bust them all I would do it in a heartbeat but until then I will be like an action woman and do it one by one one save at a time LOL however now it's time for the revealing picture she called me a liar well honey here's your freaking proof that I'm not lying to you and don't you ever ever think you can get one over on me because I'm disabled cuz woman I don't care what state you live in I will come to your damn store and show everybody what you did and you will get fired so quick and I also told her that I know a lot of people who have phones and I will make a Yelp review from every single cell phone that I know of and I'm not kidding she's got me that flipping mad.
