I have been a patient at this office for 3 years! I went in for my annual cleaning at 11am which is what the individual that called to confirm stated. However when I arrived I was told that I was earth and that my appoint was at 12pm. I stated that I needed to reschedule due to a work meeting, however the front desk person told me to wait as she could get me in before my appointment. I waited for an entire hour! Not once did she communicate that they was unable to see me earlier. When I went to ask she was extremely rude and tried to argue with me about my appointment time, despite her not presenting me with rescheduling options when I initially asked upon arrival. I asked to speak with someone else, the second lady at the front desk seem to be a little more helpful. She provided me with rescheduling options. I EXPLICITLY stated that I could not return later the same week due to schedule conflicts. She provided me with a date for the following week. Fast forward, I showed up for my appointment today and the office was CLOSED. I drove 45 mins and took off a entire day of work. Please do not become a patient here. They have no regard for your time!

I left their office thoroughly impressed this morning. I had scheduled to get two of my wisdom teeth removed at 9am and i was out of there in less than 30 minutes. it was completely painless.

I been coming to this location for a while. Over time I realized that they over schedule themselves. The wait time is unreasonable long even if you have an appointment. Front desk staff arent very friendly either. They all seem like they hate their job and take out their frustration on the people that come in. After 2 hours of waiting I went to the front desk to ask what was taking so long since I had an appointment. I was told I can leave if I didnt want to wait and reschedule for another day. I ended leaving because I didnt have time to waste. They seem to be focused on the quantity of patients they see each day over the quality of service they provide. I probably will never come back to this office and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I came here as a new patient when I first moved to Ohio. I had been with my previous dentist for 10+ years so I was scared to switch, but everyone here makes me feel so at home. They are incredibly sensitive to dealing with pain, financial issues, etc. I've had cavities filled, wisdom teeth extracted, and more done here. Dr. Davis is the best and all of their staff is so sweet. I owe them big time for helping overcome my fear of the dentist.

Tomorrow is going to be my 4th time going. I have a dentist near me. They haven't been very friendly. So far Westerville smile has had polite staff. There worth the Hour drive!
