10/10 recommended! We called Jeremiah at 7:30pm and he arrived within the hour to help resolve a back up in our basement drain. He talked through the issue and how to resolve it. He was very knowledgeable on the process of hydro jetting and made sure we understood exactly what he was doing. He even explained the process step by step as he did it and allowed me to watch the video to get an understanding of the issue. Thankful we now have a go to for any future issues and preventative maintenance.

We had a blockage that was causing sewage to backup into our basement toilet and bathtub…which led to a lot of flooding. Jeremiah was the only one out of about fifteen people I called that made time for us. We haven’t been able to use any water in our house in two days but he was able to clear the blockage and we are in the clear! I’m so incredibly grateful. He was quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Call Jeramia at Dura Drain Solutions. He helped us on a tricky sump pump/downspout root clog and broken clay pipe. He worked until dark and returned the following day with additional equipment and got everything straightened out. We definitely recommend his company
