Connells Maple Lee Flower & Gifts

I took my 89 year old mother to Connells first thing on a Monday morning to order flowers for her sister's funeral. After 10 minutes waiting we were rudely greeted by the owner. Then asked "What do you want? Said they have the same things as online " and handed us a book of funeral flowers like we were bothering him. No Condolences or pleasantries. Ends up we got pretty flowers but not what we ordered. We ordered the spray with multi colored roses and a second arrange with salmon roses. In both, we got Red. We will never go back and recommend going to T Bears florist instead. The quality that used to be Connells Florist no longer exists.

I have used Connells exclusively for the past couple of years and I have NEVER been disappointed! Their arrangements are always extraordinary...perfect flowers whether it's a $30 order or a $100+ order. Thank you for all the hard work and stellar customer service!
