I have been a renter with this company for a few years. The owners of the building sold to Walnut.
They are generally ok with a few issues..
They are slow to get repairs done. If it is a serious issue they will take care of it quickly but most things take a bit.
There is a separate water bill you get during the last week of the month. So logically you would wait and mail it with your rent check right? That is generally ok but the rent has to be in by the 9th of the next month or you get fined $25. Its only happened once and theyre were nice and let it go for me. The company has a general "if it works dont fix it" policy. Do not expect sparkling facilities (there has been electric problems in the garage the entire time ive been here and that hasnt gotten fixed. The office hours are terrible 9-3 m-f.
Good points? They leave my dogs and I alone, keep the lawn mowed, I have a fenced in yard and theyre havent raised the rent since they took over.
Here is a good example.. My disposal died. The repairman came in and checked the bathroom sink as well (theyre connected) and deemed it needed a new sink/plumbing there. He replaced the whole vanity top. Now it is too long for the base and there is a hole in the wall but it is solid and it works.
Yes I would rent again from them.. Heck im still here!

The old lady is very senile,uncaring, impatient,rude, unhelpful.. I came with a cosigner like she asked so I could get approved and she still disapproved me because it was a certified company cosigner (mind you that’s been in business for 8years) not a actual individual person don’t rent there!!!!!
