We own a rental property in Columbus but live in Oregon. They responded right away and were able to perform the work the very next day. They were very professional and up front with pricing that was affordable. Its always hard coordinating services when you live so far away but they kept in contact with me and got the job done! Have used the service for years and think theyre wonderful. A neighbor picked up the service, and now members of my family. Owner and crew are awesome, and kudos to his lovely wife who Ive also seen in action with the crew. Overall, a fantastic team with superb owner operators! Second to none for sure.

I live in Florida and found out my renters destroyed my property. My fianc passed away so I needed to get property ready to sell. I called around to everyone and they could not come out but Good Neighbors picked up and came same day!! Did a great job. I explained situation and asked if he could do the lawn 2 more times. He agreed He was very nice. I walked him through the house and we talked for a few minutes. It was pleasant and never expected what was to follow. I didnt hear from him on the first date we agreed upon and that was fine. I know Ohio has had some weather issues. He contacted me and sent pictures for the second date we agreed upon. Pictures looked great and he did a good job once again. He messaged for payment and I gave him my credit card info. When I checked my account there was a charge for $175 more than what we agreed upon for mowing the yard. I contacted the phone number and explained to the woman the entire story of what happened. He did a great job but I know he didnt make it out in first date which was no problem and just clarifying that it should of been charged just for the one day. She said she would get with her billing department. I thanked her and went about my day I received a phone call from a male. He asked if this was me and I said yes. He immediately began to yell at me & said he didnt appreciate someone lying on him saying he didnt do the job he said he would and he had papers and stuff to show court. I kept trying to tell him I never said anything about him not doing a good job and NO ONE even mentioned court. After being verbally attacked instead of spoken to like an adult so we could discuss this he continued on his rant not letting me get a word in. Being frustrated I finally raised my voice and told him who ever gave him my message did not give the message to him correctly That my only concern was being charged $250 when I owed $75. He was still upset and said he performs a monthly service and that was the fee. We did not agree on any monthly service nor was it ever brought up especially since I dont even live in the state. He then told me I owed for two times. I said you only came out the one time and he said yes but it was raining and the grass still grew. I said your trying to charge me for my grass growing. Regardless Im only responsible for the I again was yelled at and told he would get with his refund department and hung up on me I checked with my credit card as all of this occurred on Saturday and it is now Wednesday afternoon. No refund has been initiated. I have filed a dispute on the charge minus the $75 he is owed. I gave a rating of 3 due to being yelled at and the unprofessional way he acted and how this matter was handled. HE does do a good job. Just be careful if you have a complaint and make sure to get any agreement in writing!!!! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
