Billy Vaughan was the Able salesman that came out and gave me an estimate. I told him that I was also going to be waterproofing the basement and putting in a new HVAC system this year. He sent me a 3D layout of my house that was divided up into sections. I was able to only have the older part of my roof replaced right now, the rest can wait a bit. He wasnt a hard sell, he was just trying to help me get my roof fixed. The roofers themselves were at my house at 7:00 am and didnt leave until about 8pm. They and the project manager, Mario, were professional, courteous and responsive to questions. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Able Roofing.

First Contact with Able Roofing from estimate to insurance claim to the end completion was a good experience. Quick response and reply from Able. The roof team did an excellent job on the roof and provided thorough clean up!

I had my roof and gutters replaced in March 2024. I called two roofing companies for quotes. I decided on Able Roofing for two reasons. First - I had used Able Roofing on a previous home in 2008. Second - I knew their work already and as a bonus I got to work with Zach Harmon. I never met Zach before so when he came to the house, he was thorough with the inspection, told me what was wrong with the roof and left me with a brochure of their products. I also needed gutters, they were literally falling apart. So I contacted my insurance company, their representative came out with a drone. Apparently he didnt think it was that badnever got on the roof. Denied. Not surprising since they used a drone for the inspection. I told Zach and he immediately sent me a write up of his inspection. And the reason why it was imperative that I get my roof replaced. I sent that write up to the insurance company. I had to work with them a bit, to get the approval but without that letter, Im not sure I would have been able to replace my roof. Now on to the workmanship. I am beyond excited about my Williamsburg Gray roof and black gutters. I get so many compliments on how it looks. The crew that came out got the job done in 6 hours. Its a small one story house, cleaned up everything and I was happy not to find loose nails everywhere. I highly recommend Able Roofing and Zach Harmon as the representative for Able Roofing.
