The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains, LLC

As it stands right now I feel this company is proficient in taking advantage of the elderly. My father called mid March to have rescue rooter come out to fix the water pressure in he and my mothers old country home that uses a well and sump pump system. It is April 1st and over $2000 later the problem is progressively worse. On Easter Sunday I stood for 2 hours washing meal dishes in cold trickling water. While someone was using the restroom the water in the kitchen COMPLETELY stopped running. Did I mention the water is cold? Imagine your 70 something year old parents in their home with inadequate water and having to deal with incompetent money hungry predators. It shouldnt have cost $2000 to fix a water pressure issue. It shouldnt be going on 3 weeks without it being fixed either. I have the $0.00 invoice you sent my father, I also have his credit card statement with the $2100 charge. I have recorded and repeated emails and phone calls. Rescue Rooster is going to fix this asap. My lawyer is on standby. The local news stations will have a field day with this also. I WANT IT FIXED CORRECTLY NOW!!!!

Last week, my old water heater in my 80yr old home stopped working. I went to Lowe's to purchase a new one, and requested installation services and removal of the old unit. Lowe's used Rescue Rooter as it's contractor for the job. I received a call a little while later from Rescue Rooter to schedule an appt. for a tech to come out and survey the scene and determine exactly what was needed. Andy came out the next morning at 10am and determined what was required for the installation of a new water heater. He was professional, polite, and made a quick and thorough assessment. He was able to schedule the install for that afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise. I was quoted a time between 2pm and 6pm. I received a call about 1:30pm from one of the installers, stating that they were in route to my home. Tyler and Monty showed up and got right to work. They completed the install in less than and hour and got everything up and running. These young men were polite, professional and fast. From start to finish, I was overall very impressed with Rescue Rooter. If I have any future needs falling under their purview, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

I contacted Roto Works for tub drain issue. They booked the job from 9-6 and the technician showed up at 5:55. He looked at the issue and advised he would need additional help that he could schedule for the next day. Total waste of my time. Also, they are associated with ARS and Rescue Rooter which I have had similar bad experiences and didnt realize when I booked it otherwise I would not have.

We left for an out of state trip and came back to a badly clogged toilet. Daniel, the technican arrived quickly and unclogged the drain efficiently on a very cold day.
