Cheap, rude and unprofessional company with extremely bad customer service. Friendly drivers but management seems to have been hoodlum trained. Have the habit of leaving patients stranded while waiting for their appointments and then blocking their phone numbers (been there personally) in order to no answer them. They overbook patients and then try to blame them if they lost their appointments. Already reporting them. Need to learn patient care is SACRED...
Not any other business. Either you are into it or you don't. Not everyone has it.

Franklin county#1 best transportation services hands down after 5 years of ridding with this company. I decided to right a review. Kind courteous drivers. On time drivers too. Erma that handles the office nicest lady. 5 star company

I was involved in a car accident in 2018 the Best Choice driver was at fault and the company doesn't respond to any phone calls. There's not a phone number to a Manager, Supervisor, or owner. The only phone number is to one dispatcher she's very rude will not give any information and blocked me from calling. She gave me false information claiming she reported the accident to FCJFS and after speaking a supervisor of 21 years, he informed me this was the first time he's heard of the accident. I'm currently speaking with the BBB and they with the Attorney general office have given me advice on moving forward.

I was using Valley transportation which decided they dont have to pick me up or take me anywhere. My insurance changed my transportation service to this one Best choice and Im thankful they did. Very clean new vehicles and friendly drivers.

9/9/19...Was driving down Glenway Ave in Cincinnati this afternoon about 2:20pm (couldn't find a local branch to leave a review for, so leaving it here) & was cut off by a van driver, so they could eventually make a right turn on Sidney Rd. The driver was in a hurry & was back & forth between lanes, cutting people off, way too close. There was at least one passenger in the vehicle. I've got their crazy driving recorded on my dash cam, too. I've seen this company around town before, but, never had any issues before today. I'll be reporting them to Medicaid/Medicare tomorrow. I've used medical transportation in the past (not this company, thank God!) & there's absolutely no reason to be in such a rush that you've got to endanger other people's lives. You're not going to get to your destination any sooner if you cause an accident...
