When I called someone answered the phone like a personal call. It was very awkward. Very hard to make the appointment. Had to suggest even setting a specific time or giving my info. Made me text them my address. Then no showed for the appointment and wouldnâ€™t answer my texts or calls. Rude. Unreliable and unprofessional. Obviously didnâ€™t hire.

We can't say enough about Brandom and his crew! We just moved into a new home and needed the floors re-stained as soon as possible (new house fever!). Brandom came to look at the potential job and he was so friendly and warm, without a doubt he is a wonderful person! Thanks to circumstances of how the jobs lined up, he was able to get us scheduled the next day! The quality of the work was the real 5 star winner, though. Our floors look AMAZING. We are so happy!
