IRP Adjusters

Bill is awesome! He understands the ins and outs of the insurance companies. It took about 6 months but in the end he was able to get a fair amount to help us repair all the storm damage to our roof.

Where do I even begin? Bill Brundson from Indemnity Resolution Public Adjusters is a hero! I had a very complex vandalism & theft claim with--ahem--Allstate that I was trying to fight by myself and getting nowhere. I heard about the concept of a "public adjuster" and am so glad I found IRPA. If you find yourself in any insurance situation CALL BILL FIRST. He worked in the insurance industry for years, so has a ton of knowledge and knows exactly how to deal with these people. Even if you've already filed a claim (as I had) Bill can intervene and take things over. He is passionate and doesn't take any BS, and you genuinely feel like Bill is on your side every step of the way. It took several months and lots of persistence but with Bill's help we finally got a satisfactory resolution. I never would've gotten the outcome I did without him. I would recommend Bill to anyone and will definitely hire him for future insurance claims! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Bill!

Bill is an awesome adjuster..He explained to me what my options are and what is the best thing to do..I wish most of the people where that honest and straight forward:) Thanks Bill for your help..I will surely recommend you to my family and friends:)

This guy wouldn’t even allow me to send pictures, and ASSumes my claims isn’t worth it… This gentleman decided the gutting and replacement of the whole interior of my dads house in avon was too small of a claim for him. He wasn’t willing to do anything but recommend contractors. He’s only looking for big money no interest in helping you get indemnified for your loss.

Bill from Ohio helped where several other Public Adjusters I talked with from my area In Michigan said they deal with “bigger” cases then a 28” basement rain water overflow. Moreover those PAs weren’t even interested in answering some basic questions to give some insight into dealing with a possible uncooperative insurance company. That’s when I called Bill. He prepared me on what to anticipate, how generally insurance companies handle these types of events, how to handle resistance, and among other things, what questions to ask.Thankfully when the insurance adjuster came he right away saw/smelled the damage, took a lot of pictures, and recognized/authorized, I had catastrophic damage beyond my claim limit. Bill like the others could have easily brushed off my situation. Instead he cared enough about my issues to assist me to be prepared and get problem resolution.
