        Absolute worst customer service in the city I’m about one inch from canceling and switching banks

        I went over to the patterson location today to utilize the branch. I was surprised to see signs posted up everywhere that it was closed. So I just called to see if in fact the location was permanetely closed so i could let my staff know this and use another branch. The lady who answered the phone almost bit my head off. She was quite rude. Did you forget your key values today? As a former senior keybank banker i was shocked at how rude the person on the phone was. How do you know i was not going to bring you new business. Remember to look in your mirror you were given and talk to people less rudely.

        They take money out of your checking account if you go even one month without using it. I guess they're hoping you don't notice it missing. They call it a "Maintenance Fee" I call it stealing.
