Stay away from this company. They will make any process a living hell. My last phone call, the MANAGER continued to interrupt me, over & over & over & then HUNG UP on me cause they made a mistake & wouldn’t fix the issue. Saying there is nothing they can do about it. I really hope that phone call was recorded on their end & some one higher up reviews it. By far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company. Also this is the first review I’ve ever written. I don’t do good with rude people & any future customers do not deserve to go through what I’ve had to with this company. If you want hassle free professionalism, this is NOT the company to go to. The reviews say it all. Service: AC maintenance

I find a problem with their return calls. If you have a problem, they don't respond in a timely manner. I'm still waiting for a call made 2-3 weeks ago.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. NO ONE PICKS THE PHONE AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our a/c went out and the home warranty company, American Home Shield, assigned the service ticket to Dawson Services. Tim was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem, the cause, the solution, and the necessary routine maintenance. Tim also gave me some tips to help keep the upper level of our home a bit cooler. As a first-time homeowner, this information was much appreciated. Before leaving, he patiently answered every question I had. Not once did I get the impression that he was in a rush to get to the next service call. This is absolutely the level of service I expect, and I highly recommend Tim from Dawson Services for your residential HVAC needs!
