Great stay . Affordable and super clean.
Rooms: The rooms are super new, clean and fresh. Plus modern look . Recommend all day
Nearby activities: Sports bars, Dayton mall , golf course within 5 minutes.

Going through renovations but they are very supportive of customer service and needs, very nice and quick.

My husband and I have been to a lot of Hamptons and Hilton's and unfortunately this was not one of the better experiences.
The rooms were okay, but there was a cigarette carton wrapper on the window sill, which always makes me question a little bit how thorough cleaning is. We also only had 3 bath towels even though we had put 4 people on the reservation.
I also wish they would have at least disclosed that this location was under construction. We stayed at a Hampton in Texas that gave us a discount due to construction. There was a lot of noise on the floor above us in the middle of the night (not sure if that was construction or other people staying there).
There was also a knock at the door around 7 am, and in a matter of seconds before I could go answer the door the person let themselves in. They said they were maintenance after they opened the door, which startled all of staying there. Not sure what maintenance they were there for? I just suggest announcing that before entering.
All in all not terrible, but little things like this can add up to a negative stay.

Re: March 27/24.
We decided to try this Hampton on our travels & while, the building was in the process of renovations; we could see much promise; as the exterior, lobby & 4th floor were very well done
(& found the team members to be very courteous, accomodating & knowledgeable)!
We arrived early eve. & were greeted very cheerfully & professionally by Glenn. Glen was extremely accommodating &
apologetic (re: renos...). He was knowledgeable about the area, he offered us a wonderful room (clean, well decorated, well stocked (re: toiletries, paper prod's...) & very spacious!
The mattress/bed was very comfy too!
We mentioned to Glenn, we might be departing early & he said coffee is always available & that if we'd like; we could be sent off with a 'packed breakfast'!
In the morning, we were cheerfully greeted by Harrison. He too, was very courteous, accommodating & expedited our departure very eloquently!
It's sad to find in some locations, that customer care has been lost...Yet, we found the antithesis to that! The care from the aforementioned, could not have been better!
Thank you for the comfortable experience!
This Hampton location has a lovely mall practically next door, restaurants galore & a wonderful staff!
We will definitely re visit that location & recommend it too!
