Edward Curtis an employee or RTA kicked us out of the rta stop after their machine printed out a card that only had 3 dollars on it when we paid 20 and the card said lack of funds on the bus when we tried to board a bus we ended up missing because of the machines error. We not only missed our bus but we're told we had to leave by police when we were unhappy about the experience. We didn't have a recepit but the fact that we couldn't board with a 3 dollar balance says it all when it comes to a technical error. Just wish we had been compensated for our inconvience instead of being punished for being upset about their lack of quality when it comes to being a proper functioning transit authority.

Kinda scary downtown .but sometimes you have to ride the bus unfortunately the number 43 only starts downtown.men just using the restroom where ever they please and the cops don't say anything.right at the bus hub.. horrible I think

On Labor Day I came to downtown hub , as I arrived to the hub I realized that I had left my wallet at home ! Never the less I have Apple Pay on my phone!! I had asked a couple of the workers to help me purchase a tapp/ pay card” NO “ help ?? So a mother customer had downloaded the irider tapp/pay app to my phone how was I to know that you had to download an other app to pay off the phone !! Long story short I’m out thirty dollars !! And still purchased an additional ten on the app on my phone to ride the bus !!

Useful service. Could use more city to city service. That would be cool. And their TAPP system needs modified so that the customer has some sort of date of purchase or payment accountability when they purchase a monthly pass. Thus far all the customer has to go by is a notification that says "Add Funds Soon." This is not very informative. Your average RTA rider is usually having to juggle a complex schedule of getting around through friends and family and as good and useful as the service is; they've got to plan multiple transfers (which is not a complaint. I understand the neccesity of this. I'm just saying to highlight the need to make things as convenient to these people as possible.) and not having a definite idea of when your bus pass expires could prove detrimental to their job or quality of life. Also, I don't like the way the service seems to be less and less each year. How about going the other way and providing MORE bussing hours instead of cutting back on service hours while charging more per ride? Other than that, great service... great for the citizens, neccesary, and useful.
