Panera Bread

Yeah, this won't be my rapid online pickup location anymore. It's at a really convenient mall location, which is something good they have going for them. But twice when I arrived, my food was just sitting in the prep area and not in the customer pick up area, meaning I had to wait in line to ask if they could find my food. Same excuse both times, "we're very busy." Too busy to be competent at processing online pickup orders, I guess. I'll go somewhere else from now on

Panera serves good sandwiches, soups and salads. They have good coffee and a nice selection of deserts. It's a great place for meetings but can get busy during meal times and weekends.

I don't think it deserves even one star- My parents and I went to this location and had the worst experience possible. First we were told very rudely that we had to wait at a sign that was far away, which would be fine except there was no one in line but I us. We tried to brush that off but then she started to be very rude and snippy to my mom. She wanted an actual drink but the cashier (her name is Kim btw) made her feel rushed so she settled for water and walked away. Next my stepdad ordered and was trying to ask questions about the sandwiches but she was not helpful at all. Very rude. He was mad so he stepped back and then I ordered. Wanted the soup/half sandwich combo and she kept telling me no no no I can't. I asked why it was on the menu. And I also felt rushed. So we all were dissatisfied, all settled for water. My mom even went up to complain about her to a manager and she had the audacity to interupt! The manager was polite but it didn't seem like he cared enough to talk to her or discipline. Then she was gabbing about it to her co-workers. What a poor excuse for a cashier. I am a cashier at a different establishment and you just don't do that to your customers. And the food we did order was pricey. Definitely not worth it.
