We bought a carpet from Classic Carpets February 2018. Not long after we noticed lumps. We were never happy with the installation. Called the store and the owner was too busy to take our call. He never called us back. They sent two men who were here 10 minutes and left. Now we have numerous lumps which are too noticeable to ignore. I will never buy another carpet from this store again. Terrible customer service. Please don't waste your money.
REVISED REVIEW!! It is NOT true that the techs that came to re-stretch our carpet moved furniture. There has always been a heavy line since the carpet was laid in front of our dresser that shows it has never been moved. As I stated in my review, the techs were here 10 minutes looked at the carpet and were not interested in doing much. Moved furniture what a lie. How would you know what type of job was done? You were way too busy to take our calls.
As far as contacting you AGAIN, I figured it was a waste of time. We have carpeting in the rest of our house that is 16 years old and gets a lot more traffic and that has NEVER needed to be re-stetched. It looks much better than this rug that is JUST 5 years old. Your carpet is supposed to be top of the line. If a carpet needs to be re-stetched after 2 years and then again 3 years later then it was never laid right in the beginning or is poor carpeting.
You suggest we call you, that's going above and beyond. You said to email you if we had a problem which we did. I guess you don't answer those either. You just sell carpet without any follow up.

Great company. Installed carpet for my family room and spare bedroom. Looks amazing!!! Jason was on point when he came to measure. His install crew was awesome. Did an amazing job. Will recommend!
