The Exotica Floral Shoppe

My husband purchased flowers for me as a surprise. Somehow they had my number even though he put his own on the order sheet. The person who delivered them was extremely rude. They called me 4 times and texted 3 times within 6 minutes. Never left a voicemail so I didn't know who was calling and was very confused by the long text message. I explained to her I didn't order them and wasn't expecting a delivery and wasn't home. She said she gave them to the neighbors already. She said she'd deliver later if I wasn't home but then gave them to someone else. She was very rude. I will never order from them again. Tears and frustration on my birthday from a stranger that felt the need to be passive aggressive and then text me a smiley face at the end. Awful experience. Shame on your employee

I wanted to share a personal experience this floral shoppe enabled for a family in need! They went out of their way, from Columbus, to work with their neighboring shops in Cincinnati to provide flowers for one of our team members from work. Really appreciate the kindness and generosity they showed, as well as quick response! Highly recommend!

I placed a last minute order with them the night before it needed delivered. They were able to accommodate my order no problem. Highly recommend. Very professional when I called for an update on the progress.

I have both received and sent flowers from this store and have never been disappointed. They are always quick to deliver and always deliver a gorgeous and fresh, healthy bouquet or planter. Do not hesitate to use them!
