This is in reference to the Hilliard Ohio office
I have just canceled this service . for the 5th time this year they have sprayed my neighbor's yard. not my yard. I have repeatedly called the office and get the national level who takes all my information down.. they assure me this will be fixed and will take this to the next level to make sure this never happens again hahaha. I have described my house to the operator so notes can be added.. I have signs posted that this is my house. I've given them colors of my house.. my house has a sign on it with my name on it.. but yet they continue to perform services on my neighbor's yard. I do not understand this ..this is not recent this has happened within the last 1 and a 1/2 years. I've had this service now for 3 years. they have planted some kind of alien grass in my yard after the last fertilizer application .
I now have dinner plate size patches all over my yard.. They have promised to fix this by giving me grass seed and I can kill those spots myself and fix my own lawn🤯.. but yet their service is the one that did this to my lawn ..I don't know what to tell you folks they cannot seem to get it together.. Do not use the Hilliard Ohio office I don't know what else to say so sad that a business is being run this way and you can't talk to anybody on the local level they don't even publish their number where you can even call them you get the national good luck Services: Lawn pest control, Weed control

I have had to call twice this summer for “re-service” because the technician either didn’t complete the application at all, or only did a partial application. On both occasions the tech marked the application as completed and I was billed for the FULL amount of a regular application. If I hadn’t been home to see it with my own eyes and then call in to get it corrected, I would have been completely ripped off. I no longer trust this company to do what I’m paying them for. Also, when calling customer service, the typical hold time is 30-45 min. Ridiculous. Then I get a foreign rep who doesn’t really understand me or my problem.
