        Told 85.00 service call plus keys but charged my wife 421.48 for unlock with no keys or any other work, called them multiple times to see why but would hang up as soon as we asked why the charged so much....terrible customer service DO NOT USE!!!!

        this place was not very professional and we waited almost 2 hours for someone to come unlock our car. The dispatchers did not seem to know what they were doing and did not even give the locksmith our location until we had already been waiting about 25 minutes. They kept calling us and hanging up immediately. They did not give us a price estimate when we called and when the locksmith finally got here he told us it would be 129$!!!!! Im sorry but that is insanely outrageous for something that took him not even 2 minutes to do. We figured it would cost us anywhere between 50-60$. 129$ is outrageous for unlocking our car. I do not recommend to anyone Service: Car lockouts

      jason, I am sorry if you had a bad experience. However we are 100% in the United States only. We do have our own locksmiths but in the cases where our customers need service in areas where we do not have anyone we send you over to a 3rd party to make sure you're still taken care of and not just told, "Sorry we have no one.", and leaving our wonderful customers out to dry! I am sorry if we didn't have anyone in your area at the time you needed service.
