I went in with a sore ear and I couldn't hear out of it. They found an object in my left ear and probably removed it. Staff was excellent very knowledgeable and I actually had a good time laughing with them.

I was recently there the doctor and nurse was so kind they always get me better. Im in and out I been going there since I was a teenager. I really love the staff. Thank you guys for everything you do

Started off ok. Problem was potentially not a good outcome for my son and if a test came back positive he would have needed surgery. Waiting for test to be done, was talked to rudely when asked to go back. As soon as test was ok, we waited for 3 hours for lab results. No one came in until I went to desk and then called to ask if lab results were back. Ugh! Should be get in and get out unless there is a bad patient.

This place sucks! The new pcp who was forced upon me never called in any of my scripts. Also totally cut out existing scripts to worship DeWine! Elsewhere time!
