WOW! Just WOW!! My car looks fresh off the lot! Ninth Power did an amazing job! I just bought an old, black Jeep. It was a good price, but that also means there were condition issues. When I found Ninth Power, I did not expect them to make it spotless. However, that's most definitely what they aimed for! They pay such great attention to detail! I paid about $200, and it's just phenomenal. My headlights look new! My grille and bumpers look so good, I thought maybe they just got a new one from a pull-a-part! Lol. My interior looks so good. The door jams and seat rails shine. Ninth Power is definitely worth the price and the time. The staff are wonderfully, nice people. I can't wait to return here! I am definitely going to maintain my vehicle and stick with their manitenence program! Thank you so much! From the bottom of my heart! Ive never given a negative review. I understand that anyone can have a bad day. But this time I feel others should be aware of our experience. We have a 2017 Jeep Grande Cherokee 40,000 miles, garage kept. No accidents and no physical damage to the vehicle except two door dings from parking lots and light scratches from who knows what. We called Ninth Power Auto Detail and made arrangements to drop off on Saturday May 1st for a FULL detail. We met the owner and explained that we wanted the car fully detailed inside and out, that there were some “surface scratches” we wanted buffed out and some possibly deeper scratches we wanted him to “just try and buff out” understanding they might be below the clear coat. I discussed the carpet soil along the entry points on the drivers side and passenger side. My wife and I both said, do all you can to make the paint look new and if you need more time please take it to do what is needed. We gave him verbal ok to “do what was necessary”. My wife picked up the Jeep Monday. When she got home, she asked me to look at it. Unfortunately, I saw bug splats all over front license plate, both the upper, lower grills and the windshield. In addition, the wheel well edges, the door sills and other areas were clearly untouched. We found areas on the roof, and hood had little spots of hard crusty dirt on the surface. I could scrape these spots off with my finger easily. So, my wife called and the owner. He asked us to return it and he would take care of the issues. Ok, at least they fix their mistakes :)… We were wrong! We drove the Jeep back. The owner initially argued that “a $230.00 detail” shouldn’t expect these areas to be clean! What?? I showed him the areas we had discussed in our initial meeting. He kept saying I we should have upgraded to a more expensive service. Again, he said I’ll take of the issues. Went back today, May the 5th. Sadly, only about 1/2 of the issues had been addressed. The upper grill had been cleaned and the door openings wiped off and some of the areas we asked to be buffed off were partially fixed. However, the lower front grill was still filthy, the license plate and side mirrors had bug splat over them, not just one or two spots but literally hundreds of spots! The rear door latch scratch, white paint off garage door trim was still on the handle. (I just buffed it off a few minutes ago using cleaner wax). Now, I’ve washed cars, detailed cars and used both orbital and high power corrective buffers. I know what can and cannot be repaired. This was far from what should be expected. But again, we didn’t limit them to $230! We said do what ever needs to be done! So when I confronted the cleaners about the areas still dirty, they said we cleaned them! What? I said just, look. And of course they said your being to picky!. I said… so bug splats all over the front license plate, side mirrors and lower front bumper and grill are not part of the $230 dollar detail, dirt, film and grime on the chrome trim is not part of the detail! “Obviously you don’t want our business in the future. The worker said “No we don’t want your business”…..I thought, your wish is granted! What’s crazy is she then grabbed a damp towel and started wiping off the dirt and bugs! Im not exaggerating, anyone could wipe these areas with a finger and they would turn dark grey from the dirt. Another worker then brought over a cell phone with the owner online. He then said he had personally cleaned the grill, and ALL the bugs off the car! What can you say to someone when your staring at bugs and dirt all over a grill and license plate he said he knows is clean! He then said well, the $230 dollar wash doesn’t cover getting bugs off everything! You should have paid us more to go to the next level! I wish I could post a video and pics of this detail. It’s really bad or I wouldn’t take the time for this review! I often drive my pickup through Andy’s automated car wash. They then towel dry the pickup.
