So funny, with my Income I was approved to get a mortgage, but was not approved by Bavarian woods to rent an apartment. Stay away from them if your income is from your business. I was approved within 30 hours at another place without any "investigations" like Bavarian did for almost half a month. Income verification - 1 year income, rental verification - all places you rented in your life. if they don't ask every applicant for these verifications and only asked us, that means they are racist.

If they didn't approveyou within 72 hours then just forget about your application, don't waste your valuabletime and energy, just go check other good places. Be thankful that God saved you from these LIARS. We submitted an application on March 7 for the apartment available on March 15. March 19 we got a message that we are not approved. Everywhere and their "rental screening" 1) everywhere income verification is the last 4 paystubs or pay statements, 2 month bank statements and takes 72 hours, but for them it took 12 days! Income verification is based on 1 year income! 2) Rental verification checks only for the last 2-3 years, but for them all places you rented in your life. Also, you need to help them tofind Landlords, managements to prove to them thatyou lived there.It took an unprofessional, rude, arrogant management lady 12 days to figure thesethings out and advised us to have a guarantor. Really? She had bank statements on her hands showing the last 2,5 month (2024) businessincome more than $25k and deposit to personal more than $10k. We rented from Hills Properties "luxury apartment" 3 years ago without any kinds of "investigations" as they did to us and lived there 3 years without any problem. We referredour friends, everybody provided only last2 month bank statements, doesn't matter business or personal. The Bavarian woods leasing office's "unprofessionals" need more training torespect applicants' time and knowledge of what is earning income! Shame on you, unprofessional, irresponsible manager and Jenice, you could just ask for a $250 donation instead of wasting our time and making yourself seem like a careful employee.They did "their best" to complicateeverything, asking for 10 years rental verification, bank statements, pay statements, tax forms. Manager! Even though you feel and announce yourself to me "I am a Landlord" with arrogance, you are just an unprofessional employee of this Property Owner!March 19 after leaving your office I went to Village East and applied there with the help of nice and kind office girls, provided just a bank statement and last renting ledger and we approved March 20, NO PROBLEM with our income and anything! Why did it took you 12 DAYS????!!!

Beautiful property, great place to work and live! I love the Apartments, the prices are fair. Especially with all the amenities you get!

This place isn't worth your time. They moved the only good assistant manager that would actually get stuff done. The front office is scared of these teenagers that moved in apt E, So much so that these teensagers have the freedom of to do what ever they please with out any consequences. They have punched holes in walls everywhere, tore up there mailbox and the mailbox next to theirs which is a federal crime, nothing was said to them or done about it. Then they were stealing packages from everyone. Litterally everybody has complained about them and nothing gets done they have even shot off pistols out back got arrested and the front office doesn't care. This place is a joke. It has new managers that don't know what they are doing and won't take action against people who break the rules and the law. So I guess if your into drugs and gang affiliation and nothing being done about it this is the place that is right for you.
