        Throughout the 7 months that James C Smith has been representing my fianc, he has accomplished nothing favorable. From forgetting to file our paperwork, or reportedly the courts did, causing the case involving the custody of my soon to be daughter to be delayed by months possibly, to not knowing basic details of our case on the day of pre-trial, to being outright disrespectful and hostile to me, I would HIGHLY recommend taking your money elsewhere. We have not seen our daughter in 7 months and I believe it is directly correlated with how uninterested this man is in helping our case. Perhaps he is overwhelmed with other work but I feel it is unacceptable. Nothing has been accomplished in our favor, and it has been annoying to work with him the entire time, the very few times he even spoke with us in the last 7 months. We will be looking for new legal council that cares more about how important it is to get visitations rights as soon as possible.
