I was away from my home for about a month. I came home and didn't realize I was out of propane. I have an 18 month old daughter and my house was so cold I could see my breath. I contacted lykins on Thursday and they stated they would have someone on call get ahold of me. I did not hear anything that night. I called the local lykins (circleville) and explained my situation. I was told "we will see if a truck will be in your area today". This was Friday. I called again, by this time it was after hours and I talked to the Dayton location. The rep told me she would do what she could to help me. I received a call a couple hours later and she stated she talked to the owner and he wanted to help me. They have me the number for the coorperate office. I called and explained my situation, being met with a rude rep who told me she would enter yet another ticket and they may get to me Monday. I tried to reason with her explaining I am concerned about my young daughter and there was no sympathy, with her stating because was not a customer who is on a service plan they would not call someone to fill my tank as an emergency. Customer service at the coorperate office was very very poor and I do not feel like I should have been treated that way. I will not use this company again.
