        Tried contacting this office regarding an issue I've had with work done by a contractor. Called and left a message, sent an email, did not receive responses either way. Called back in again about a week later and was able to get ahold of someone in the office. Supposedly she was "just getting ready to email me". Wasn't entirely helpful and was supposedly going to speak to Mr. Archer and get back with me, but never did. Unprofessional way to treat a potential new client. My wife and I need wills taken care of too, but we will be going elsewhere.

        Thomas made me feel better about having to go through BK. He gave me peace of mind when it came to getting things in order and filed. Once I handed over my documents, all I had to do was show up for the meeting and then wait for discharge. I would recommend Thomas to family and friends.
