        Absolutely 100% amazing service. We had our well cleaned and was also able to install all new pipe and a pump in the same day.         Had no Water from Well water tank read 12PSI , Tech came out and checked Pump and water tank, found electrical wires from Pump to Tank had no power. He ran wire from the Pump out front by the well in thru a Bathroom window to the water tank, and had power and water... I asked if he was going to bury the wire, said he was not an electrician and did not know anyone off hand who could lay the line underground to the tank, then said maybe a handyman , friend or neighbor could put the line underground, then gave me the bill for what he did and left... As of today the Hot electrical line is still on top of the ground,,, When called They said the tech told him that all I wanted was the water on,, I don't understand why the job could not be completed all the way thru. Without being charge more money to finish the job.

      Hi Mary. The only way to get you back with water was to run that new electrical line for your system. The reason that it is still running above the ground is that you did not want to pay the extra charge that we would add to bury the line with a mini excavator. This work would require 2 of our employees for half of a day, plus a mini excavator to do. We cannot do this work for the same amount that we charge a service call because it requires much more work and we would be losing money on the job. You had informed us that since our price was too high, you may have someone that could bury the line for cheaper. We are sorry that we could not see eye to eye on this issue but are glad that you are back with water
