I've used Minute Clinic several times and always got good care. I felt like the nurses really listened to me, answered my questions and gave good advice. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and I am grateful for the drive-through option. I recently had an outstanding experience with the drive-up covid test process.

DO NOT USE THIS MINUTE CLINIC. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! I had a sore throat for 3 days and was trying to be a good citizen by seeing if what I had was contagious. I called CVS at 08 AM (since their Minute Clinic does not open until 09 AM). They *specifically* said no appointments needed, there were limited appointments, walk-ins were ALWAYS welcome. So, I walk in at 09:05 AM and am not acknowledged by the 2 staff members until 09:20. They ask if I checked in? I said no because I don't know where to even do that.
The staff point me to a kiosk, After entering in all of my information, the "first available appointment" was 4 hours away! I asked if I needed this appointment? They said yes, to which I questioned WHY do you say you accept walk ins then?! In the time I wasted since 08 AM dealing with this Minute Clinic I could have been in and out of an urgent care or my normal doctor for my throat. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE AND JUST GO TO AN URGENT CARE!

I had a great experience in my time I went there recently . As soon as I walked in I was greeted which was very nice . Seemed very clean and professional as well . The care concierge helped me find what I needed for some medicine. Overall Id say the place is better then most Cvs out there . I would recommend .

Awful service. Have waited weeks for many prescriptions to come in. Also was lied to about a prescription being there when it wasn't even actually ordered like they said.
